Affinity Consulting is a partnership between Brian Ward and Judy Worrell. They set up the organization in the year 2000 with the intent of providing quality services to clients in the government, private and non-profit sectors.
With extensive backgrounds as internal consultants, they have a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities HR, OD and Training professionals deal with on a day to day basis. Their clients value their approach, which is always appreciative and facilitative.
Brian Ward
Brian has over twenty five years experience working with senior and middle management teams in the public and private sectors.With a background in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development and Quality Management, he possesses keen insights into what organizations need to succeed.
With extensive experience in leadership development, strategic planning and team development, he brings to all his assignments a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that leaders and their teams are faced with in a turbulent business world.
Judy Worrell
Judy has over twenty five years experinece working with teams to maximise learning and performance. Experienced in the design and delivery of interactive and engaging team development seminars and workshops, Judy's faciilitative style consistently receives praise from her clients and participants.
Judy can be relied upon to engage participants and develop a supportive environment where substantive learning takes place. Her previous roles included instructing at the University of Alberta, and managing the Western Canada educational and consulting practice of a leading North American healthcare organization.
