Stakeholder Planning Sessions
Conflicts among stakeholders are often opportunities in disguise. We help bring conflicted parties together to identify common ground and build relationships that foster collaboration, while still maintaining their unique identities. Once relationships are on solid ground, we then move the parties towards identifying opportunities for joint initiatives that they feel confident in supporting within their individual organizations.

Online Virtual Collaboration
As a support to face to face meetings, we also provide opportunities to broaden and deepen stakeholder discussions trough online collaborative discussion groups and document sharing.
